HarixOS provides two methods to configure system time:
Manual Method (No WiFi required)
Automatic Method (WiFi required)
🛠️ Manual Method (Offline)
Use this method if your device is not connected to WiFi.
time set <HH:MM:SS> <YYYY-MM-DD>
Example:
time set 14:30:00 2026-05-06
🌐 Automatic Method (WiFi Required)
This method syncs time automatically using an NTP server.
Step 1: Connect to WiFi
Make sure your device is connected to WiFi before proceeding.
Step 2: Sync Time
time sync <timezone>
📌 Example (Pakistan Standard Time)
time sync PKT-5
If WiFi is not connected, it will prompt you to connect first.
🔍 Check Current Time
To view the current system time, simply type:
time
🔁 Auto Sync on Boot
Once you set time using the automatic method, HarixOS will:
